Group Footprints - Russia

Entered Russia in November 2007; Starting from Nakhodka Port in the Russian Far East, the oil, gas, and coal business gradually expanded horizontally from east to west. Developed all the way to the western Russian port of Novorossiysk (English: Novorossiysk, Russian: Новороссийск). During this period, a detailed investigation was conducted on some refineries belonging to the Russian State Oil Company along the "Siberian Railway" near Russia, and commercial partnerships were established.
In April 2008, accompanied by the General Manager of Russian Oil Company Far East, the company's President led a team to inspect Nakhodka Port in the Russian Far East, conducting a detailed examination of the port's storage, transportation, and loading/unloading capabilities. To lay a solid foundation for the future import of Russian petroleum products into China.

Group Footprints - Indonesia

Developed the Indonesian market in May 2009; Completed the import of non-ferrous metal ore nickel ore products from China in Indonesia, and also completed the acquisition of nickel ore mining rights on Sulawesi Island.
In May 2010, the group company participated as a consultant in the acquisition and transfer of 34.5% equity interest in the Indonesian offshore oil field block 36 held by CNOOC.

Group Footprints - Nigeria

Expanded to Nigeria in West Africa in December 2012; During the tenure of President Jonathan, three cooperation contracts were signed with the Federal Government of Nigeria for a 500 year processing capacity of 10000 tons of oil refineries. This cooperation plan has been included in the Nigerian National Development Plan for 2014 by the Nigerian government.
After the new President Buhari took office in July 2015, the original plan for refining development was supplemented and changed to the "Nepal Integrated Oil and Electricity Industrial Module Plan". The new government of Nepal hopes to leverage the strong international cooperation and operation capabilities of the Asian Energy Resources Group, jointly complete the "Nepal Integrated Oil and Electricity Industrial Module Plan" and the "Petroleum Exchange Infrastructure Construction Plan" with China National Nuclear Corporation and China National Chemical Corporation.
In November 2017, the government of Nicoj Oblast officially applied to the federal government of Nepal for the completion of the "Nicoj Oblast Nuclear Power Industrial Park" project signed between the Russian Atomic Industry Corporation and the Nepalese government in 2016, led by the Asian Energy Resources Group in conjunction with China National Nuclear Corporation and China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation.

*At the invitation of the Nigerian Ministry of Trade and Investment, Asia Energy Resources Group appointed the company's operations director and his delegation to visit Nigeria in January 2012.

*The Ministry of Trade and Investment of Nepal recognizes the plan of Asia Energy Resources Group for its oil project in the state of Nepal.

*After approving the project plan, the Nepalese Ministry of Trade and Investment signed a memorandum of understanding for the 5 million ton refinery project in Bayisa State with Asia Energy Resources Group and Bayisa State in May 2012, and issued a government permit for the construction of the refinery to Asia Energy Resources Group

In April 2017, Mr. Huang Shubin, President of Asia Energy Resources Group, was appointed by the group to visit and inspect the ongoing project in Nepal - the 5 million ton refinery project in Bayelsa state. And visited Mr. Yemi Osinbajo, the Vice President of Nigeria, who highly paid attention to the group's project in the state of Nibailsa. And provide constructive suggestions for optimizing and advancing the project.

In November 2017, Du Guolong, the President of the Group Company, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on "Integrated Oil and Electricity Industrial Modules" with China Chemical Saiding Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Chemical Corporation. Since then, the Asian Energy Resources Group has officially entered the 4.0 era for its project in Kogi State, Nigeria.

On January 26, 2019, the senior management of the group visited Equatorial Guinea International Gas Co., Ltd. and signed a cooperation agreement.
